Moersleutel – Pastry Factory: Boerenjongens
Rich, spiced, and full of character. This stout begins with 200 kilos of raisins, split into two treatments, half steamed into a thick molasses for deep sweetness, the other soaked in brandy to draw out warm, boozy complexity. Ceylon cinnamon and vanilla from the Comoros add layers of spice and smoothness, building a profile that’s both comforting and decadent.
The result is a beer bursting with dark fruit richness, gentle brandy warmth, and a soft finish that lingers long after the final sip.
