The Mosaic whirlpool enhances juiciness and interacts with the yeast to produce ripe, fruity flavors. The double dry-hop reveals the New Zealand character of the hops: thiol aromas blend with red currants, mango, ripe citrus, and a dank layer, creating an intense and captivating aromatic complexity.
