Basqueland – Dogtown: Dogtown is our most streetwise West Coast Pale Ale: golden, clean, and easy to drink. Built on a base of pale malts, dextrin, and chit, it has just the right body and complexity without losing freshness or lightness.
It carries a double dose of Mosaic in the boil and a touch of Idaho 7 in the whirlpool: a light bitterness with layered character.
On the nose, it reveals delicate notes of pineapple, freshly cut grass, and pine resin. On the palate, it drinks smooth, light, and balanced, with a clean finish that keeps inviting sip after sip, effortlessly.
