This week, I am sitting on a bench at the Vleesmeester Brewery in Edegem, where I will enjoy a nice beer every day from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM. I simply enjoy doing that. I will also gladly offer a brief explanation about this beautiful brown-red beer with hints of caramel, touches of dark fruits such as plums and figs, and a finish that is lightly spicy and nutty.
