Sibeeria – Blood Orange Gose: With just 12 plato and more than a pinch of salt, our gose is very much a definition of a crushable, captivating beer. To add some complexity, we added coriander, rosemary and orange skins in the whirlpool and some blood orange into fermentation. The final beer is an interesting marriage of refreshing tartness with curious saltiness and citrusy bitterness. This is not a fruited sour, the orange works more as a team player to create a pleasurable drink that is more than a sum of its parts. (Sibeeria)
