It wouldn’t be Polly’s if we weren’t making the odd callback to yesteryear. Our Hop Studio range may well be enjoying retirement these days, but we still love to crank out a single hop tribute to the in-house favourite varietals that grace the brewhouse here at Polly’s HQ. Bru-1 has well and truly shone as a leading light in our output since we first laid our hands on it and for good reason – those bold, unmistakeable pineapple notes are just so distinctive and lend themselves so well to a smashable pale ale that we couldn’t look any further when designing Nova Moon. Looking like a beer that holds a helluva lot more weight than its ABV suggests, the haze stability on this beer is unreal, and sits rightly as a beer that solidifies our own reputation as hop slinging juice merchants.
