Elysia is an 8.0% Double Dry Hopped Double IPA by Norm Brewing, featuring a 100% New Zealand hop lineup: Superdelic, Nelson Sauvin, Nectaron, and Motueka. Superdelic takes the spotlight in the dry hop, paired with Nelson Sauvin, while Nectaron and Motueka are used in the hot side and whirlpool. This is Norm Brewing’s most heavily hopped beer to date, with low bitterness and intense fruit-forward character. Expect a burst of citrus, tropical and red fruits, mango, fresh gooseberry, peach, and white grape.
