Multiple hop additions both during and post fermentation of Chinook, Mosaic & Simcoe hops deliver a melody of enticing tropical fruit notes, close to a blend of mango, papaya and pineapple. Finishing with a lightly lingering, soft citrus pith bitterness with hints of sweet mandarin and grapefruit.
