Brewery Kestemont’s fruit explosion — the Coulis Spéciale. Crafted with five types of fully organic, homegrown fruits: cherries, red and green gooseberries, blackberries, and red berries. This vibrant blend is built on lambik of at least one year old. The whole fruits are added directly to the beer and aged in wooden barrels for a minimum of four months, allowing fermentation to continue naturally.
After bottling, a second fermentation in the bottle creates a refined, fruit-forward beer with lively carbonation and an impressive 300 grams of fruit per liter. Each fruit adds its own character to the final profile, contributing to the balance, depth, and harmony that define Coulis Spéciale.
