Folkingebrew – Good Vibes Only: Good Vibes Only is an 8.5% Oat Cream DIPA brewed in collaboration with 3 Sons Brewing (Florida, USA). The grist combines pilsner malt with multiple oat varieties and lactose to deliver a silky, creamy body. Fermentation with LAIII enhances ester-driven juiciness and accentuates hop aromatics. The dry hop is composed of Citra Cryo, Mosaic Cryo, and Nelson Sauvin, producing layers of ripe mango, peach, and citrus, balanced by the distinctive gooseberry and white wine notes of Nelson. The result is a full-bodied, smooth DIPA with a pillowy mouthfeel and concentrated hop saturation.
