Our first beer of the ‘Pure Oak Series’: These are / will be beers matured on new Bulgarian oak barrels. This type of wood has characteristics of both American oak and French oak; beautiful vanilla keys paired with spicy oak keys. Through maturing these beers for six months in these casks, they get incredibly beautiful wood / vanilla flavors. The practice will learn us which beers will eventually come in the ‘pure oak series’; We already know that above all blond beers come into their own with this kind of barrel aging.
