Tropical Gose by CRAK Brewery is a pleasant balance of passion fruit, guava, and pineapple, combined with the typical tartness and salinity of a classic Gose.
A refreshing tropical juice… probably better than juice, definitely refreshing!
CRAK Brewery crafted this Gose using the kettle sour method: selected lactobacillus cultures were inoculated, followed by the addition of passion fruit, pineapple, and guava purée. Fermentation was carried out using CRAK Brewery’s house yeast.
