Chocolate x Cinnamon c Chilli Imperial Stout
In this collaboration, Arpus (Latvia) partners with Blackout Brewing (Romania) to craft a rich, fiery, and indulgent Imperial Stout that balances desser-like depth with a warming kick. Brewed with cacao nibs, fragrant cinnamon, and a carefully measured dose of hot sauce, this stout pours jet black with a thick, mocha head. Aromas of molten chocolate cake, spiced cocoa, and smoky warmth hint at the complexity within.
On the palate, layers of bittersweet chocolate dominate, supported by the comforting spice of cinnamon and a slow-building chilli heat that lingers without overpowering. The body is full, smooth, and velvety, with just enough bitterness and heat to keep each sip engaging and balanced.
