Apex Brewing – Ecliptic DIPA: Ecliptic DIPA is an 8% ABV hazy Double IPA brewed with pilsner malt, wheat malt, and flaked oats, fermented with WLP066 London Fog. Hopped with Citra in Incognito, T90, and Lupomax forms, plus a hefty dose of Riwaka, it bursts with passionfruit, tangerine, and stone fruit aromas. Clean malt base, massive hop expression.

Apex Brewing – Ecliptic DIPA: Ecliptic DIPA is a hazy double India pale ale brewed with pilsner malt, lots of wheat malt and finished off with a pinch of flaked oats. We kept the hop bill simple but effective: three different types of Citra and a big load of Riwaka. A much pleasant aroma explosion of passion fruit, tangerine and stone fruit nuances.
