Refreshing sour, our take of our region’s traditional flemish red brown sour ale. Lactic acid dominates the first taste. After recovering from the sourness you discover aromas of green apple, wood, bread and red fruit. The sourness lingers and the finish is a very dry feeling in your mouth.
