Mad About Hops HBC 630 by Kees is a fresh and aromatic Single Hop IPA by Kees, featuring 7% alcohol. Expect bold flavors of tropical fruit, pine, citrus, and subtle touches of raspberry and cherry.
This is the third beer in Kees’ Mad About Hops series. The spotlight this time is on HBC 630, an experimental hop from the Hop Breeding Company, a partnership between John I. Haas and Yakima Chief Ranches.
Before a hop gets its official name, it’s tested under a code like “HBC 630.” Kees had the chance to experiment with this unique variety and was impressed by its depth and aroma. There’s confidence this hop will soon hit the market with a permanent name.
As always, this IPA is served in a tall 44 cl can, perfect to savor alone or enjoy together.
